About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HSE Construction Supervisor to join the integrated construction team of a flagship FLNG project. You will be based at the SHI Yard, Geoje, South Korea, safeguarding HSE performance across a large-scale offshore facility construction campaign.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • -Supervise and monitor HSE performance across construction activities at the yard.
  • -Identify, assess and control site hazards — working at height, confined space, LOTO and energized systems, among others.
  • -Drive pre-task risk assessment, permit discipline and behavioral safety observation.
  • -Support the integrated team in maintaining a zero-harm construction environment.
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • -Proven HSE experience on construction sites, preferably in FLNG / FPSO construction.
  • -Solid command of construction / commissioning hazard identification and management.
  • -Proficient in the Microsoft Office package.
  • -Sound knowledge of international HSE standards; offshore certifications a plus.
  • -Must be a South Korean national or hold valid Korean work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
