  • Transparency: our career and competency framework allows all employees to be measured against a global profile, to clearly understand what is expected of them
  • Responsibility: our performance evaluation process allows each RINA employee to play an active role in the process, thanks to the introduction of a self-assessment phase
  • Feedback culture: we believe that incorporating continuous feedback into the company culture greatly enhances people’s motivation and engagement, as well as managers’ empowerment, negotiation capabilities and communication with their team members.

Feedback is present from the earliest stages of the selection process: candidates taking SHL assessments will receive personalised feedback summarising their strengths and weaknesses, whether they are selected or not.

In addition to a wide range of formal learning opportunities, all employees have access to an online, on-demand Digital Academy, providing technical, language and soft skills courses.

Our Digital Academy also includes an induction training area for newly hired personnel and hosts the learning academies of the main RINA business lines for the provision of technical training and personnel qualification.
