Women Empowerment

Women's empowerment is a topic we are deeply committed to, and we have set the following goals:

  • On one hand, we aim to increase the number of female colleagues in STEM and leadership positions.
  • On the other hand, we strive to take action at the earliest stages by conducting talks in schools and universities and offering work placement programs for young girls. Our goal is to encourage them to pursue their educational paths.
