An opportunity for an HR Advisor to support HR operations and workforce management in a major EPC yard project.​

Key Responsibilities

​

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advisory support to managers and employees​
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes​
• Manage employee relations and performance management​
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies​
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and databases​
• Support payroll and benefits administration​
• Coordinate training and development activities​
• Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives​

Requirements

​

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field​
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience​
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices​
• Experience in project / EPC / site environment is preferred​
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
• Ability to manage confidential information​
• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
