RINA is currently recruiting for a Tunisia Buyer to join its office in Tunisia within the International Supply Chain Division.

Mission

The Buyer will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain team by conducting supplier research, evaluating supplier credibility, negotiating with small to medium-sized suppliers, and assessing orders from Business Units. This position may also involves supporting business processes from BID stages through project implementation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Supply Chain, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Support Supply Chain Strategy Implementation
- Ensure adherence to Supply Chain guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management
- Maintain and update the Vendor List with detailed supplier information.
Performance Management
- Develop and maintain detailed performance scorecards and risk passports for suppliers.
Risk Monitoring
- Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor the risk passport process.
Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Evaluate supplier performance across multiple dimensions and ensure compliance.
Bid Management
- Manage the issuance, receipt, and detailed evaluation of RFQs and bids.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze Supply Chain data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities and maintain strategic relationships.
Technical and Tender Support
- Collaborate with technical teams and participate in Tender Clarification Meetings.
Target Setting
- Define target prices and commercial conditions and communicate these to vendors.
 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Supply Chain software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Supply Chain activities is a plus.
