Senior Hydraulic Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join its office in Tunisia within the Environmental and Engineering Geoscience Division.
Mission
The hydraulic engineer will join the water department, he will be in charge of :
- Carrying out hydraulic studies, mainly in urban hydraulics: Drinking water supply, sanitation and rainwater drainage.
- Detailed technical design of hydraulic structures, monitoring and approval of plans
- Preparation of tender documents : technical and financial
Key Accountabilities
- Graduated from an engineering school (Bac+5) Hydraulic specialty, and registered in the Order of Tunisian Engineers
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of hydrology and statistical processing of data series
- Having relevant experience in urban hydraulics studies (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in preparing offers (technical and financial) is an asset
- Computer skills and ability to use relevant Microsoft software applications
- Skills and ability to use basic hydraulic modeling software : SWMM, EPANET, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, etc.
- Skills and ability to use of design software : Auto CAD, CIVIL 3D, etc.
- Skills and ability to use GIS tools is an asset
- Open-mindedness and capacity for research and analysis
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, be able to write well in French with a good working knowledge of English
- Disciplined with rigor in respecting procedures
- Organized, dynamic and autonomous
- Having an ability to work in a team and to favor the success of the group
- Available for missions abroad mainly in Africa
