Offshore Company Representative (Libya)

RINA is seeking for Offshore Company Representatives to join an ongoing project in Libya.

Expected project's duration:  6 months

Activities are going to start in November/December 2025

Rotation 28/28

Main responsibilities: 

• Acts as the primary liaison between offshore operations and onshore management.
• Oversees daily activities on offshore sites, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, coordinates logistics and workforce, and maintains effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supports operational efficiency and represents company interests in all offshore matters. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in offshore oil & gas operations (minimum 10 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety protocols and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in remote and high-pressure environments.

Certifications Required:

• • BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training)
  • HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training)
  • OGUK Medical Certificate or equivalent
  • Additional HSE or supervisory certifications are a plus.
