RINA is currently recruiting for a Site Avionic Verification & Validation Engineer to join its office in Torino within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

The mission is to support the Customer in the execution of Verification and Validation activities for avionic embedded software components.

Key Accountabilities

For this role the following activities will be executed at Customer site:

- Requirements analysis for testing purpose

- Definition of test cases and test procedures for requirements satisfaction

- Execution of test cases

- Requirements and code coverage analysis

- Preparation of verification and validation documentation (test documents, test reports, analysis reports)

- Participation to meetings and reviews with the Customer

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Computer Science

Qualifications

Mandatory skills:

- Good knowledge of C and LUA programming languages

- Knowledge of tools for requirements management (for example DOORS)

- Knowledge of tools for configuration management

- Experience in testing activities for embedded software

- Aptitude to work in team and problem solving

- Good knowledge of english language (read, write, speak)

Preferred skills:

- Knowledge of RTCA DO-178C guidelines

- Knowledge of Dimension CM tool

- Knowledge of APL language

- Knowledge of AIRDASS tool
