RINA is currently recruiting for a Product Assurance Manager to join its office in Torino within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

The Product Assurance Manager (PAM) ensures that the production processes and products meet the highest quality standards. 
The PAM will manage every  quality feature of the product life cycle related to the SW/HW of a complex product that integrates electromechanic parts and PLC.
Furthermore, the PAM will manage the Maintenance planning of the product.

Key Accountabilities

Be involved in the Offers/Contracts review.
Be involved in the definition of the quality requirements of a program/project.
Manage the planning of the program/project as:
- Quality Plan
- Project Control Plan
- Test Plan
- Maintenance Plan
Identification of the standards/regulations to be applied to the program/project, including the SW Quality Assurance
Verification of the implementation of the program/project plans.
Design review (SRR - System Requirement Review; SDR - System Design Review; PDR - Product Design Review; CDR - Critical Design Review; TRR - Test Readiness Review; FQR - Formal Qualification Review)
Be involved in FCA - Functional Configuration Audit / PCA - Physical Configuration Audit
Be involved in SW testing activities
Be involved in Program/Process Audit
Measure of the significant parameters that define the product quality all the life cycle long.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of professional experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of quality assurance and control principles.
- Knowledge of SW/HW Product Life Cycle
- Knowledge of Maintenance programs of complex products
- Knowledge of English at level B1/B2
- Optional: knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100
- Optional: knowledge of standards DO 178 and DO 254
