FW/HW Developer

RINA is currently recruiting for a FW/HW Developer to join its office in Brescia or Torino within the Space & Defence Division.
Mission
The resource will be placed within the technical office as an electronic designer reporting directly to the office manager.
Expertise in complex equipment and systems is required in order to contribute to system-level choices.
Task:
- Manage the design process, from definition of requirements, to preliminary and detailed design, validation and qualification;
- Embedded firmware development in C;
- Firmware testing;
- Knowledge of 8-16-32 bit microcontroller systems (PIC Microchip, STM32);
- Hardware and firmware testing skills;
- Check the correctness of the Firmware, diagnose any problems and produce the technical documentation regarding the solutions adopted;
- Plan the tests to be applied to the Hardware through the use of the main laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeters, frequency meters, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Degree in Electronic Engineering - at least 1 year of experience as an electronic designer in structured realities;
- Knowledge and use of C language;
- Knowledge and use of Altium Designer and IAR;
- Familiarity in the use of laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, frequency meters); Experience in analog/digital hardware design;
- knowledge of simulation tools.
