We are currently recruiting for a Configuration Management Engineer (Onsite) to join our office in Turin (Italy) within the Digital Product & Platform Engineering Division.​

Mission

In this role, you will support software configuration management activities related to product versioning and lifecycle management through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems. You will contribute to managing product changes, configuration items and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with suppliers, customers and Design Authorities. You will also support Configuration Control Boards and participate in Design Reviews, ensuring the traceability, accuracy and consistency of product configuration data and related documentation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support suppliers and customers in preparing Engineering Change Proposals and analyzing the impact of design changes on the product.
  • Analyze and manage assigned tasks through the corporate PLM system, including Promotion Requests, Change Notices and the release of descriptive and supporting documentation.
  • Organize internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) related to supply items and prepare the relevant meeting minutes.
  • Analyze Configuration Management Plans and produce the related supporting documentation.
  • Support Design Authorities in managing design changes within PLM/PDM systems.
  • Manage and control the structures of items catalogued in the corporate PLM/PDM system.
  • Participate in Design Reviews, including PDR, DDR, CDR and FDR.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General
Master’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering or Computer Engineering

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in configuration management, product lifecycle management or related engineering activities.
  • Previous experience with PLM/PDM tools, such as Serena, Windchill, Matrix, SAP or Teamcenter.
  • Understanding of product configuration management, change management and product lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to review and manage technical documentation and product configuration data.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken Italian and English, at B2 level or above.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, Design Authorities and other technical stakeholders.

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).
The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €35,000 and €40,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
