RINA is currently recruiting for a Certification Lead Auditor - Aerospace Scheme to join its office in Turin or Genoa within the Italy Certification Operations Division.

Mission

The role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships. #LI-GZ1

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducting 3rd party audits in reference to the aerospace scheme in compliance with the EN9100: 2018
  • PM activities for the management of customers with a Management System certified according to the EN9100 standard series.
  • Management of the three-year program of Client Organizations certified in accordance with EN9100

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
High School Diploma/GED in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Studies

Qualifications

  • Diploma or University Degree preferably in the aerospace / mechanical / electronic field
  • “IAQG-sanctioned 9100: 2016 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training” course recognized by Personnel CB
  • 4 years of full-time work experience in the aerospace industry in engineering, design, manufacturing, product / process quality control for: an aerospace component manufacturer, primary supplier, supplier of ancillary equipment, recognized bodies in the civil, military or space sector such as National Aviation Authorities (NAA), National Space Agencies (eg ESA / NASA / CSA), Ministry of Defence
  • The possession of Professional Certification / Registration in Aerospace Registers (OASIS): EN9100:2018, EN9110:2018, EN9120:2018 will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the specific applicable mandatory regulations (EASA Part 145, EASA Part 21) will also be taken into consideration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English as well as Italian
