RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Certification Commercial Support Advisor to join its office in Albania within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.​

Mission

Commercial Support is responsible for the administrative aspects of customer interactions, managing quotations, and finalizing contracts. This role supports the sales team in delivering efficient and effective customer service while ensuring accurate recordkeeping.

Key Accountabilities

1. Customer data management:

- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.

- Ensure customer information is up to date and complete.

- Handle customer requests regarding information and account updates.

2. Quotation issuance:

- Support the preparation and issuance of quotations/offers to customers.

- Ensure consistency and accuracy in quotation documentation.

3. Administrative support:

- Provide support to the sales team with document preparation and data entry.

- Maintain orderly files and records related to customer interactions and quotations.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes.

4. Documentation and recordkeeping:

- Maintain accurate, well-organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Document quotation details, pricing agreements, and other relevant information.

- Ensure compliance with company recordkeeping policies.

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information and pricing agreements.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.

. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and other relevant business software.

. Knowledge of company policies regarding data protection, compliance, and recordkeeping.

. While not always required, previous experience in business support, quotation/offer issuance, checking documentation accuracy and consistency, or in a related field would be an advantage. This includes internships, part-time roles, or volunteer experience.

. Familiarity with RINA services is an advantage.

. Willingness to learn quotation processes to effectively support commercial and operational teams.

. Essential basic IT skills, including the ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce), enter data accurately, and use other relevant software tools.

· B2 level of Italian language comprehension and conversation.
