Mechanical Completion (Morocco)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Completion Supervisor in Tangier 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS and CERTIFICATIONS

- Good knowledge (spoken and written) of foreign languages (English, French) 
including technical dictionary will be a plus.
- Good knowledge in the use of PC including software and applications (e.g. Windows, Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; 
- Knowledge of the International Quality and HSE Standards and applicable design and construction 
norms and standards.
- Knowledge and experience of the major standards applied to Oil &Gas projects (e.g. EEMUA, API, ISO 
EN, ASME, AWS, Customer Standards, etc.)

The Site Manager is responsible for:

- Following up, maintaining and updating status of Mechanical Completion package.
- Defining Mechanical Completion suppliers’ scope of work.
- Following up of commissioning system.
- Following up and maintaining preservation system.
- Monitoring performance and review of Contractor’s Mechanical Completion key deliverables.
- Ensuring that relevant job cards are aligned to pertinent sub system to facilitate Mechanical Completion
activities.
- Compiling, verifying, stewarding and coordinating all Mechanical Completion Handover Documentation, 
by the use of check sheets for inspection and testing, of supplied and installed equipment, against a set 
of Mechanical Completion – Inspection Test Records (ITR).
- Reporting the status of the check sheets, and entering the records into the project completion system.
- Assuring the control of the hard copies of these check sheets, which will reside in Mechanical 
Completion Dossier along with punch lists, as-built drawings etc.
- Coordinating/Carrying out on-site inspection/witnessing of Inspection Test Records (ITR).
- Adopting and demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE implementing and controlling 
HSE requirements within his area of responsibility.
