Subsea Xmas Trees Engineer (SPS) — Location: Indonesia

🔎 We’re hiring: SPS X‑Tree & Intervention Engineer (X‑Tree & Workover Engineer)

RINA is building a talent pool for offshore deep-water SPS projects.

📍 Location: Indonesia (project-based)

Role focus

You will support the engineering, integration, testing, and installation of:

- Subsea X‑mas Trees (X‑Trees)

- IWOCS systems

- Tubing hangers, running tools and related SPS equipment

Key responsibilities

- Review and guide design of X‑Tree systems, IWOCS, tubing hangers, valves, chokes, hydraulic circuits, sensors, and ROV panels

- Manage contractor/vendor technical documentation (functional specs, datasheets, procedures, analysis reports, P&IDs)

- Support assembly/integration and testing (FAT / EFAT / SIT)

- Support installation, pre‑commissioning and well completion activities

- Manage interfaces across disciplines (drilling, completions, controls, installation); participate in HAZOP/HAZID and risk assessments

Requirements

- Engineering degree (Mechanical or equivalent)

- 10+ years experience in subsea X‑Tree / SPS engineering

- Strong background across design, manufacturing, testing, and installation phases

- Knowledge of API 6A, API RP 17D, API RP 17G, ISO 13628

- Familiar with subsea valves, tubing hangers, QA/QC processes and NDE

- Preferred: experience as Company Representative (offshore / yard environment)
