🔎 We’re looking: SPS Structure & Tie‑In Engineer (Tie‑In & Manifold Engineer)

RINA is expanding our talent pool for upcoming Subsea Production System (SPS) projects.

Position : SPS Structure & Tie‑In Engineer (Tie‑In & Manifold Engineer)

📍 Location: Indonesia (project-based Company office / contractor office & yard / supplier yard )

Role focus

You will support subsea projects across engineering, fabrication, testing, and installation of:

- Production manifolds

- SSIV stations and connection systems (horizontal connectors, flanged connections)

- Subsea Distribution Units (SDU) and tie‑in systems

- Structural foundations (gravity base / suction pile / mud mat)

Key responsibilities

- Review and guide design of subsea manifolds, foundations, SDUs, umbilical terminations (UTA/UTH), tie‑in systems and related subsea structures

- Manage technical reviews and interfaces with contractors & vendors (specifications, datasheets, drawings, procedures, analysis reports)

- Support fabrication & testing activities (FAT / EFAT / SIT / SRT) and load‑out; monitor yard progress and criticalities

- Provide offshore support during installation, commissioning, and start‑up; participate in HAZOP/HAZID and safety/technical reviews

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Structural / Subsea / Materials Engineering (or equivalent)

- Strong subsea structures & tie‑in experience (deepwater exposure preferred)

- Full EPC lifecycle experience (FEED → Detailed Design → Fabrication → Testing → Installation)

- Knowledge of API/ISO subsea standards; familiarity with valves, QA/QC & NDE; FEA tools knowledge is a plus
