Subsea Control & Integration Engineer | Indonesia

RINA is supporting the search for an experienced Subsea Control & Integration Engineer to join a major offshore energy project in Indonesia.

📌 Employment Type: Contract-Based Assignment
📌 Project Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (with international travel requirements)
📌 Project Duration: Subject to project requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities related to subsea control systems and associated equipment
• Review and comment on technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, drawings, and procedures
• Manage technical interfaces between Contractors, Suppliers, and Project stakeholders
• Support system integration, manufacturing follow-up, and testing activities
• Follow subsea cable system design, manufacturing, testing, and integration activities
• Witness and support FAT, EFAT, SIT, and other major testing activities
• Monitor manufacturing progress and support expediting activities
• Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable industry standards 

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Telecommunications, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, Subsea Systems, Submarine Cable Systems, Offshore Renewable Energy, or Marine Industries
• Experience in supplier management, manufacturing follow-up, and equipment testing
• Experience managing technical interfaces among multiple Contractors and Suppliers
• Familiarity with subsea equipment, control systems, instrumentation, or offshore systems integration

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge and experience with Subsea DC/FO (Direct Current / Fibre Optic) systems and technologies
• Experience in offshore project execution, installation, or commissioning activities
