Pipeline and Coating Specialist - Indonesia

Scope of Work

• Provide support on Linepipe and Coatings for:
  • GEP (Gas Export Pipeline)
  • CCS Pipeline
  • SURF EPCI execution
• Identify opportunities for CCS system optimization and cost reduction.
• Ensure technology gaps are identified and managed in a timely manner.
• Prepare draft working plans and budgets for GEP, CCS Pipeline, and SURF systems.
• Review working progress and expenditure.
• Provide recommendations related to:
  • Working plans
  • Budgets
  • Department and Group performance
• Provide recommendations on:
  • HSSE programs and initiatives
  • Personnel awareness on HSSE matters
  • HSSE program improvement
  • HSSE policies and procedures
• Review and recommend on team members' development and performance.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technology-sharing programs.
• Develop and improve:
  • Guidelines
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Working systems
  • Working standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Science.
• Advanced Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 7 years in the offshore sector.
• Experience in developing EPC tender documents.
• Experience with long lead item identification covering:
  • Gas Export Pipeline (GEP)
  • CCS Pipeline
  • SURF.
