Installation Engineer - Expat - Indonesia

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Material / Mechanical / Offshore Structure / Structural Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 8 years experience in offshore installation, covering:
  • Subsea modules
  • Topside modules
  • Offshore platforms
  • Offshore hook-up & heavy lifting works
• 8 years supervisory experience in upstream oil & gas projects
• Prior experience in FPU Jangkrik and brownfield projects is preferred

Technical Skills & Software

• Strong experience with offshore installation and lifting analysis software:
  • Orcaflex
  • MOSES
  • SACS
• Advanced capability in SACS structural modelling, including:
  • Geometry
  • Boundary conditions
  • Marine growth & corrosion
  • Environmental & gravity loads

Role & Responsibilities

• Reports functionally to the Engineering Coordinator
• Responsible for:
  • Successful delivery of offshore hook-up & installation scope
  • Ensuring works meet schedule, scope, and quality requirements
  • Supervision of construction phase, including brownfield modifications
• Strong coordination and communication within the Project Development Team
