RINA is currently recruiting for a United States Marine Commercial Support Advisor to join its office in Sunrise, FL within the North America Marine Division.

Mission

The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of customer interactions, offer management, and basic pricing. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to marketing intelligence efforts.

Key Accountabilities

1. Customer Data Management:
- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complete.
- Handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.
2. Offer Emission and Simple Pricing:
- Assist in the creation and emission of offers for clients.
- Implement and manage straightforward pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in offer documentation.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for the commercial team, including document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain organized files and records related to customer interactions and offers.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
4. Customer Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding offers, pricing, and relevant updates.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer queries.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in data analysis tasks related to customer interactions, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate reports to support decision-making processes within the commercial team.
- Contribute to the improvement of data analytics and reporting processes.
6. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document details of offers, pricing agreements, and other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding record-keeping.

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer data management, sales support, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and database management for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Experience in offer emission and pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • Proficiency in administrative support tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assist in data analysis, reporting, and market trend evaluations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and pricing agreements.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant business software.
  • Knowledge of company policies related to data protection, compliance, and record-keeping.
  • While not always mandatory, any previous experience in business support, customer service, or a related field can be an advantage. This includes internships, part-time roles, or volunteer experience.
  • Familiarity with RINA services is beneficial. Advisors should be willing to learn about the offerings to effectively assist commercial teams, operations, and customers.
  • Basic computer skills are essential, including the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) systems, input data accurately, and utilize other relevant software tools.
