RINA is currently recruiting for a Sales Expert to join its office in Sofia within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Mission

 

The mission of a Business Developer at an entry level is to learn and contribute to the growth of the business by supporting various aspects of business development and sales activities.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Utilize direct marketing techniques and conduct field meetings to identify and assess potential clients and prospects.
  • Lead sales efforts on assigned sales jobs, negotiating terms and agreements in line with company objectives and delegations.
  • Ensure thorough processing of prospects and clients in sales databases, maintaining accurate records and tracking progress throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our services and generating leads.
  • Track competitor activity and provide updates on competitor news and intelligence.
  • Collaborate with more experienced Business Development Managers to focus on new business and sales opportunities, client visits and management.
  • Collaborate with all staff members throughout the service realization stages, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, negotiations, and ongoing support.

What are we looking for

 

  • University Degree preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of two years of commercial experience in selling services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Successfully complete the qualification process within the probation period, demonstrating proficiency in assessing applications and programs relevant to the role.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international clients and prospects.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail in managing sales data and performance metrics.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and work collaboratively within a team, but also able to manage independent work.
  • Work experience in a certification body would be a plus.
