Lead Auditor

RINA is currently recruiting for a Lead Auditor to join its office in Varna within the Certification Europe Region Division.
Mission
The role focuses on planning, execution, and management of audits within our certification business, leading large and complex customer engagements, ensuring effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, manage, and control the audit program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards
- Conduct thorough reviews of customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, and records, to verify compliance and accuracy
- Lead the planning and execution of audits and coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Participate in and lead audits, conducting interviews, note-taking, and assessing the implementation of management systems
- Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement)
- Draw up comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for certification decisions
- Manage the follow-up process, including tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring resolution and compliance
- Conduct technical reviews of audit files and propose certification decisions based on thorough analysis
- Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards and best practices
- Monitor the performance of resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process
- Manage technical meetings with customers, fostering positive relationships and addressing any technical concerns
- Independently manage large and complex customer contracts, ensuring the effective delivery of multiservice and/or multisite audits
What are we looking for
- University Degree in IT, communication, security or similar
- IRCA Lead Auditor certificate for ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus
- IRCA Lead Auditor certificate for ISO 9001 is a plus
- IRCA Lead Auditor certificate for ISO 22301 is a plus
- APMG/itSMF Lead Auditor certificate for ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a plus
- Industrial IT experience is a plus
- Good level of English language
- Computer literacy
- Willingness for short time travel
- Driving license
