RINA is currently recruiting for a South Asia Pacific Marine Commercial Support to join its office in Singapore within the South Asia Pacific Marine Division.
Mission
The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of business intelligence, customer interactions, offer management, and basic pricing. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to marketing intelligence efforts.
Key Accountabilities
Business Intelligence and Data Reporting
Assist in gathering business intelligence, competitor analysis, market trends
Generate reports and presentations to support decision making with commercial team
Assist is data analysis related to customer segmentation and pricing
Customer Communication
Ensure prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries
Communicate effectively internally and externally regarding offers and pricing
Customer Data Management
Create and maintain accurate customer records
Handle customer enquiries related to account information and updates
Assist in preparation of offers for enquiries received
Understand and assist commercial team to maintain pricing strategy
Ensure consistency and accuracy in offer documents
Maintain proper record of offers, pricing agreements and other relevant documents
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding record keeping and reporting
Assist in value added offerings to clients as requested
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the commercial team
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Maintain accurate records and organized filing of documents
Education
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer data management, sales or sales support, business analytics or related administrative experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Efficiency in administrative support tasks and record keeping
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database management
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and other relevant business software including making presentations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and internally
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
