RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Center Senior Engineer-Container Ship to join its office in Shanghai, China within the North Asia Marine Division.

Key Accountabilities

-    Provide expert solutions and technical advisory services to stakeholders. 
-    Travel required.
-    Identify new commercial opportunities and implement new ideas.
-    Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
-    Review and approve drawings, ensuring compliance with Rules & Regulations.
-    Plan approval Center Project Management.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering

Qualifications


-    More than 10 years’ direct experience in the marine industry, with rich experience of large container ships.
-    Background of hull structure and outfitting design, drawing approval, analysis and optimization.
-    Strong project management and client management skills.
-    Thorough knowledge of IACS and IMO requirements.
-    Strong communication skills with stakeholders (shipowners, shipyards, designers) by Chinese and English.
-    Bachelor’s degree or higher.
