RINA is currently recruiting for a North Asia Talent Recruiter to join its office in Shanghai, China within the Global Human Resources Division.​

Mission

The recruiter, under the support of senior recuiters and in collaboration with the local Head of Human Resources, is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the execution of the annual recruiting plan, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting strategies to respond to the market.

Key Accountabilities

Collaboration with Senior Recruiters and HR Head:
- Work closely with senior recruiters and the local head of Human Resources/Recuitment to understand the organization's staffing needs, priorities, and overall recruitment strategy.
Execution of Annual Recruiting Plan:
- Implement and execute the annual recruiting plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and growth plans of the consultancy firm.
Sourcing Strategies:
- Utilize traditional sourcing strategies, such as job boards, professional networking sites, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to adapt to the dynamic market and stay ahead in talent acquisition.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Use social media, association job boards, and networking to recruit candidates.
- Manage interview scheduling, arrange occasional face to face interviews, and facilitate travel arrangements if needed.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in applicant tracking system.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to foster a positive candidate experience and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Educate managers on hiring for attributes, behaviors, and technical skills.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly and remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the recruitment process.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in the recruitment function and collaborate with the team to implement best practices.
- Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team, sharing insights and best practices, and supporting one another to achieve collective goals.
Adaptability:
- Be adaptable and open to changes in the recruitment landscape, adjusting strategies as needed to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Psychology

Qualifications

- new entry level or minimum recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred
- Confident in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment
- Have the aptitude to interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds
- Knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
