RINA is currently recruiting for a China Senior Certification Compliance Manager to join its office in Shanghai, China within the International Certification Division.
Job Scope and Accountabilities:
- As a China Senior Certification Compliance Manager at RINA Shanghai Quality and Technical Services Co Ltd, you will have the vital responsibility of managing and coordinating the provision of RINA Certification China’s assurance services to clients in alignment with the organization's Business Plan.
- You will play a key role in monitoring and enhancing client satisfaction through regular service evaluation and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Your main accountability will focus on ensuring technical compliance in accordance with all ABs/local authorities' requirements, ensuring the organization's technological advantage is maintained, and contributing to the transfer of technology from parent organizations.
- Continuous professional development, including attending seminars and participating in technical committees on behalf of RINA Certification China, will be part of your responsibilities.
Duties:
As the China Senior Certification Compliance Manager, your duties will include:
- Ongoing communication with relevant Managers in RINA Certification China to ensure service design, delivery, and client resource requirements are met.
- Development, maintenance, and updating of technical procedures covering assurance and compliance services.
- Management of assurance business procedures and service implementation.
- Providing regular training to the audit task force and management team, staying updated on certification standards and regulations, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Participation in business planning and management review meetings.
Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
To be considered for the role of China Senior Certification Compliance Manager, the following minimum qualifications and experience are required:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a scientific discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 3rd-Party certification business in a technical compliance management role.
- Eligibility for admission to Lead Auditor (Quality).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Certification and Management Systems Certification business respectively.
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
- Proven ability in interpersonal communication, customer focus, risk-based thinking, written communication, self-management, product knowledge, team development, and business knowledge within relevant sectors.
