RINA is currently recruiting for a Asia Project Support Advisor to join its office in Seoul, Korea within the Energy Business Integration and Project Coordination Division.

Mission

The Project Support Advisor ensures accurate and timely invoicing, credit collection, and administrative support across multiple projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth financial and operational workflows by managing invoices, coordinating documentation, and supporting internal and external communication.

Key Accountabilities

1. Invoicing Management

  • Prepare and issue incoming and outgoing invoices across multiple legal entities through OPUS and CRM.
  • Verify accuracy of invoice details and required supporting documents.
  • Submit invoices via client e-invoicing portals according to customer requirements.
  • Send invoices and supporting documents to clients by email and hardcopy when necessary.
  • Maintain systematic records of invoices issued.

2. Credit Collection

  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with CDCs and Finance to support timely collection.
  • Assist in resolving invoice-related discrepancies.

3. Purchase Requisition Support

  • Create purchase requisitions based on project needs.
  • Track approval progress and liaise with internal stakeholders.

4. Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Maintain documentation related to invoices and purchase requisitions.
  • Provide general administrative support for smooth project operations.

5. Client & Internal Communication

  • Communicate with clients regarding invoice submission and payment follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support project-related tasks.

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, financial administration, or project support.
  • Experience with OPUS, CRM, or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for client and internal coordination.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, for business communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proactive and responsible working attitude.
