RINA is currently recruiting for a Latin America Certification Business Support Advisor to join its office in São Paulo within the Certification International Growth Division.

Mission

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for generating approximately 300 invoices per month, ensuring compliance with Brazilian tax laws and regulations. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.

Job responsabilities

  • Generate and process around 300 invoices per month in accordance with Brazilian tax laws.
  • Ensure all invoices are accurate, complete and in compliance with signed client´s contract, including necessary tax information.
  • Keep organized records of all invoices and related documents.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding invoice inquiries.
  • Ensure all invoices are issued in due date.

Requirements

  • High school diploma - additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
  • Proven experience in invoice generation or a similar role.
  • Understanding of Brazilian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
