RINA is currently recruiting for a Certification Business Development Analyst (Fixed-term contract) to join its office in São Paulo within the International Certification Division.

Mission

To promote and sell RINA's training courses in Latin America, organizing high-quality programs that meet client needs and supporting brand growth through effective marketing actions. #LI-KM

Key Accountabilities

Sales of Training Courses:

  • Promote and sell training courses offered by RINA in Latin America.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities, receive orders, and prepare commercial proposals.

 

Organization of Closed Trainings:

  • Plan and coordinate closed trainings (in-company and open).
  • Manage the logistics of the trainings, including location, materials, and instructors.
  • Ensure that the trainings meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
  • Define and manage the calendar of open trainings.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the trainings conducted.

 

Marketing Activities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training courses in the region and RINA's certification services.
  • Create digital and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to align regional initiatives with the global strategy.
  • Organize and promote webinars as identified by RINA managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM.
  • Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in organizing events or trainings.
  • Experience in marketing.

Additional Information

  • 6 months fixed-term contract.
  • Hybrid work mode (after 1 month on-site). 
  • Office located in Vila Nova Conceição, SP.
