RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Development Intern to join its office in São Paulo within the RINA Consulting Commercial Management Division.
Mission
RINA Brasil is looking for a Business Development Intern to learn and contribute to the growth of the business by supporting various aspects of business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in reviewing ongoing proposals in English, Spanish and Portuguese, while collaborating internally to ensure that client needs and company standards are met;
- Update business platforms;
- Monitor platforms used for business development, ensuring information is updated and accessible to the team;
- Participate in discussions for projects and proposals, ensuring compliance with established guidelines;
- Conduct analyses to identify potential business opportunities and assess the specific requirements associated with them, proposing suitable solutions;
- Participate in daily meetings 100% in English.
Qualifications
- Analytical mindset;
- Persuasive communication;
- Proactive attitude;
- Ability to work effectively as a team member;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Knowledge of or interest in sustainability is a plus.
- Ability with translations (with help of AI tools)
Requisits
- Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week;
- Students of International Relations, Political Science or Business management;
- Graduation by 12/2026;
- English proficiency (Communication, writing and reading);
- Knowledge in Spanish is a plus.

- Workplace: Vila Olimpia, São Paulo Office;
- Hybrid work (after the first month on-site).
