RINA is currently recruiting for a Product Assurance and Safety Engineer to join its office in Milano within the Space & Defence Division.

Mission

The resource will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of product assurance and the related safety engineering and management program.

Main Activities to be performed:

Preparing and implementing technical documentation and requirements starting from the applicable product and quality assurance baseline.
Performing tailoring and statement of compliance on project requirements.
Ensuring compliance of the product with respect to internal and external standards and requirements.
Supporting to monitor and report about supplier PA&S program execution to ensure compliance with applicable requirements; this includes auditing activities.
Managing non-conformances, their solution and analysis of root causes.

Key Accountabilities

• 1-3 years of experience working within a Quality Assurance environment;

• Experience with ISO9001 and/or EN9100 standard is considered an asset;

• Experience with Space Quality Standards is considered a plus.

Education

Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronic/TLC Engineering
