RINA is currently recruiting for a Lombardy & Emilia Romagna Certification Auditor to join its office in Milan, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
The role focuses on reviewing various documents, conducting audits, identifying findings, and contributing to the certification process related to the different certification schemes. #LI-MC1
Key Accountabilities
- Document Review:
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations by checking and reviewing customer management system documents.
- Audit Participation:
Participate in audits by conducting interviews, taking comprehensive notes, and evaluating the implementation of management systems.
- Audit Result Definition:
Identify and define audit results, distinguishing between positive and negative findings like non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
- Technical Review:
Conduct a technical review of audit files and provide insights for certification decisions.
- Skill Maintenance:
Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices to keep your skills and certifications up to date.
- Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer data and other audit-relevant information.
- Customer Focus:
Respond to customer requests and needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality audit activities.
Education
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of auditing principles and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.
- Ability to analyze documents and assess compliance with established standards.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in audit techniques and certification requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of audit management software.
