Junior Site Software Application Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Site Software Application Engineer to join our team in Venegono (Varese) within the Operating Engine Division.
Mission
In this role, you will support licensed engineers in various engineering projects under direct customer control. You will assist in drafting technical specifications, reports, and other necessary tasks related to engineering management activities. Additionally, you will use computer-assisted engineering and design software, perform field activities and ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with Engineering Projects: Support licensed engineers in the preparation of design calculations, drafting, and designing Engineering projects.
- Technical Documentation: Provide assistance in writing Technical specifications, reports, and conducting inspections and studies under the supervision of licensed engineers.
- Computer-Assisted Engineering: Utilize Computer-Assisted Engineering and design or integrate software and equipment to perform various Engineering tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Field Work and Maintenance: perform fieldwork tasks such as obtaining Field information, checking installations, troubleshooting, and participating in equipment and system Maintenance and repair.
- Safety and Security: Observe Safety and Security procedures at all times, report potentially unsafe conditions, and ensure the proper use of equipment and materials.
Education
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience required.
- Understanding of engineering principles, methodologies and tools specific to the discipline.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technologies, including Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ and Git.
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.

Compensation Data
The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480).The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30.000 and €35.000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.The overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
