RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Elevator & Inspection Certification Process Improvement Administrator to join its office in Rozzano, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission

The role is focused on contributing to the identification and implementation of ways to improve the efficiency of business processes. #LI-GZ1

Key Accountabilities

Support in Developing and Implementing Process Improvements:
 - Identify and propose areas for process improvement.
 - Collaborate with team members to implement new processes to enhance efficiency.
Analyze Root Cause of Inefficiencies:
 - Perform data collection and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies.
 - Suggest and develop solutions to improve process efficiency.
Contribute to Developing Instructions and Guidelines:
 - Create and revise process documentation, instructions, and guidelines to standardize operational activities.
 - Ensure documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
Monitor and Optimize Process Flows:
 - Monitor and report on process performance metrics to ensure alignment with project requirements.
 - Identify and recommend opportunities for process flow optimization.
Monitor Process Performance:
 - Review process performance against key metrics, such as deadlines and technical review recommendations.
 - Provide feedback and recommendations to improve process performance.
Maintain and Update Process Documentation:
 - Ensure all process-related documents are accurately maintained and updated regularly.
 - Document and track process changes and updates for reference purposes.

Education

High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Other

Qualifications

 - 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
 - Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
 - Good communication and documentation skills.
 - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
