RINA is currently recruiting for a Industry Sales Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy or Milan (North Italy) within the Industry Commercial Division

Mission

Within our Industry Commercial Division (focused on Aesospace & Defence, Material Technology and Innovation field) the selected candidate will be responsible of an assigned customer portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage and on assigned objectives, and will also be responsible for the growth of his assigned area.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering 
  • Strong attitude for Commercial/BD activities 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Engineering Services selling activities will be considered as strong plus
  • Availability to travel 
  • Good level of english (both spoken and written) 

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for sales initiatives: focused on new sales opportunities, client visits and management;
  • Work across the RINA Group providing cross selling and upselling solutions;
  • Drive and monitor the sales activities focusing on commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, marginality, proposals pipeline);
  • Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotations;
  • Supporting our focus on customer satisfaction, repeat business;
  • Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence;
  • Pursues and secures business with consolidated customers in line with the business objectives;
  • Stay up to date with RINA’s current and future offerings and technology solutions, including but not limited to customer tailored tools;
  • Lead and support the negotiation with the Clients and capture lessons learned;
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality;
  • Build and promote strong customer relationship to understand their needs and requirements.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General
