RINA is currently recruiting for a HW & Firmware Design Senior Engineer to join its team in Milano within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.

Mission

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electronics Engineer to join our team. The candidate will contribute to the development of advanced electronic systems for space applications, working closely within a multidisciplinary project team and providing technical support to the System Engineer.

Key Accountabilities

•    Support the system engineer in requirement analysis
•    Support in the test environment definition and test procedure preparation
•    Support HW/SW integration
•    Participate to system validation through testing
•    Collaborate with system engineering to ensure proper verification of the requirements
•    Contribute to technical documentation and reviews
•    Ensure compliance with space-grade standards and quality requirements (e.g., ECSS).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electronic/TLC Engineering

Qualifications

•    3–5 years of professional experience in electronics design, preferably in the aerospace or space industry.
•    Strong knowledge of both digital and analog circuit design.
•    Experience with industry-standard tools for schematic (OrCAD).
•    Familiarity with space-qualified components and radiation-hardened design practices is a plus. #LI-FS1 
•    Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
•    Proficient in English (written and spoken). #LI-RD1
