RINA is currently recruiting for a Energy Transition Streams Manager to join its office in Genoa or Milan (Italy) within the Global Market Development Division.

Mission

The Energy Transition Streams Manager at RINA plays a crucial role in managing the execution of projects and initiatives related to the company's strategic streams. This position involves conducting in-depth market research, identifying opportunities, and closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. This role also guarantees that the team's efforts are in line with corporate priorities, contributing to the overall growth and market positioning of the company.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Streams Execution:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of initiatives within the strategic streams, including managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Ensure the coordination and integration of efforts across various teams to meet objectives in energy transition, new economies, and smart compliance.

Integrated Asset Management:

  • Follow asset management strategies aligned with business objectives and prioritizing impactful projects.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure cohesive decisions and enhanced project delivery.
  • Identifying ways to enhance asset performance, unlock new revenue streams, and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Managing critical projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while meeting strategic goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Perform detailed market research to monitor emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within strategic streams.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify and evaluate specific opportunities for growth in existing and emerging markets.
  • Collaborate with BUs to support the creation of business cases for new projects and initiatives aligned with strategic streams.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to facilitate alignment with strategic goals and to execute projects successfully.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow between teams working on strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, industry bodies, and research institutions, to advance strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the team in relevant internal and external meetings and events to promote the company’s vision and goals within strategic streams.

Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in market analysis, business development, or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of global trends in energy transition, new economies, and compliance.
  • Proven technical knowledge of engineering Disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in executing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
