RINA is currently recruiting for a Aerospace & Defence Junior Proposal Specialist to join its office in Rozzano, Genoa or Rome within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

The Junior Proposal Specialist is accountable for the management of the tender procedure working next to the Business Development Division and the Project Management Team. 
RINA is looking for young talents to let them grow up and train, starting from procedure and texting, learning how a consulting project works in the Aerospace & Defense world.

Key Accountabilities

  • Tender Development: Assist in the development of compelling proposals that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Tender Management: Support the tendering process, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and insights.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of all proposal activities, including drafts, final submissions, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for proposal-related inquiries and updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing and editing proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Management Engineering

Qualifications

  • +1 years of similar experience
  • Professional project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) are desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Advanced certifications or coursework in project management, engineering processes, or technical fields are beneficial
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes
  • Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, risk assessment techniques, contracts, client management, and vendor relations
  • Fluency in Italian and English
