Europe Junior Treasury Accountant

RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe Junior Treasury Accountant to join its office in Netherlands within the Regional Finance Management Division.
Mission
The main role of a Treasury Accountant is to manage treasury operations by planning and executing payments, forecasting cash flows, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations, in order to support the company’s financial stability and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare payments such as VAT, suppliers, salaries etc.
- Prepares cash flow forecasts for payments (VAT, suppliers, salaries, other payments) for medium and long term
- Prepares and submits reports based on requests received from management
- Participates in preparing documentation for audits and tax inspections related to payments
- Participates in the monthly closing of the company’s accounting statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Manage cash among different countries
- Applies and complies with accounting, tax, and legal regulations regarding payment and treasury operations
- Respects to internal procedures for payment control and authorization
- Manages relationships with banking service providers to ensure efficient collaboration
Education
Qualifications
- Entry-level positions: we prefer candidates with internships or related coursework about accounting, credit management, or finance is preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail is crucial for accurately recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing customer information.
