RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical - Testing Specialist to join its office in Bolzano within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division.
Mission
As a Technical - Testing Specialist at RINA Consulting S.p.A. based in Bolzano, you will play a vital role in the product validation team. You will work closely with the Testing Manager, project leaders, and other company functions to ensure the successful validation of products. Your contributions will be essential in conducting tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project requirements and quality standards.
Key Accountabilities

- Plan and execute detailed functional and fatigue release tests for vehicles and components.
- Ensure correct utilization of measuring instruments, checking functionality and calibration status.
- Prepare instrumentation, conduct tests or provide assistance as needed.
- Report anomalies to the Testing Manager and Project Leader, analyzing problems and suggesting solutions when possible.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish release test plans for projects.
Education
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED in Electronics or related field, Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- Key skills and experience required:
- Basic knowledge of experimental methodologies, test systems, and data acquisition/analysis systems.
- Experience in the automotive sector as a mechanic/vehicle tester.
- Proficiency in vehicle structures, dynamics, and test specifications.
- Good driving skills and possession of a "C" Italian driving license.
- Understanding of measurement systems, technical drawing interpretation, and mechanical systems functionality.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, fluency in English.
