RINA is currently recruiting for a Site Software Engineer to join its office in Roma within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division.

Mission

RINA is currently looking for software engineers in order to increase his team in Rome. Activities will be focused on developing model-based analysis models for the integration of Combat systems with the CMS (Combat Management System)

Key Accountabilities

RINA is looking for following skills/experience

  • Knowledge of environments (operating systems, etc.)
    • RedHat Enterprise 7.x, 8.x and 9.x
    • Windows
  • Use of virtual machines (e.g.: VMware/VirtualBox)
  • C++ language
  • Qt 5.x framework (UI, QML, Widgets)
  • Experience in integrating Naval Combat Systems (preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proficiency in design calculations, drafting, and engineering software.
Strong understanding of technical documentation and project management processes.
Ability to review and interpret technical documents and designs effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in field data collection and willingness to engage in fieldwork activities.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
