RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Real Estate Valuer to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Mission

Lead the valuation of complex real estate assets or large portfolios, providing strategic insights and high-quality reports to support client decision-making on investments, acquisitions, and divestments

Key Accountabilities

- Manage and oversee valuation projects involving high-value or complex assets (e.g., hotels, shopping centers).
- Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuation reports.
- Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on valuation findings and market trends.
- Mentor junior valuers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance for their work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and expand client engagement.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Economics

Qualifications

- Proven +5 years experience in investment real estate valuation and financial modeling.
- Advanced understanding of market dynamics and valuation methodologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
