Real Estate Valuation Project Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Valuation Project Manager to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.
Mission
The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for managing real estate projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating activities, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting client expectations.
Key Accountabilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Analyze project proposals and determine their feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, including timelines and phases, to ensure successful delivery.
- Produce technical and operational documentation for project execution.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work with the Business function to evaluate and promote project opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Procurement function to manage tender processes and contract assignments.
- Supervise the organizational and managerial aspects of project work.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor costs, timelines, and progress against project objectives.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, including kick-off and progress reviews.
- Generate detailed reports on project status and performance.
Stakeholder and Risk Management:
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks proactively.
- Verify and approve supplier payment requests.
Project Delivery:
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with project requirements and agreed-upon financial objectives.
- Deliver project results that meet or exceed client expectations.
Education
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in building management may be considered preferred.
- Proven experience in property or facility management, particularly in a technical role.
- Experience in managing budgets and cost optimization.
- Ability to coordinate and manage relationships with multiple external contractors and service providers.
- Excellent communication skills to manage customer relations and report effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage urgent issues effectively.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, with certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Strong skills in team management, organizational planning, problem-solving, and effective communication.
