RINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Valuation Market Analyst - Apprenticeship to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.​

Mission

Support the development of real estate valuation expertise by conducting market intelligence activities. Gather and analyze data on market values, rental prices, and supply-demand dynamics across various geographical areas. Contribute to benchmarking studies and provide foundational insights to inform property evaluations.

Key Accountabilities

Market Research:
- Conduct detailed research on real estate market trends, focusing on various property types (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).
- Gather and validate data on property sale and rental prices from reliable sources, including market reports, public databases, and local agents.
Benchmarking:
- Perform comparative analyses of property values within specific geographic areas, identifying key differences and trends.
- Create benchmarks for market and rental values based on asset type, location, and other influencing factors.
Supply and Demand Analysis:
- Assess the supply and demand dynamics in targeted areas to identify opportunities and risks in the local property market.
- Prepare summaries of demand drivers, such as economic activity, population growth, and infrastructure development.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior team members to ensure market intelligence aligns with valuation project needs.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise data insights.
Data Management:
- Maintain organized records of market data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future use.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, databases, and GIS platforms to streamline data collection and analysis.
Professional Growth:
- Participate in training sessions and hands-on learning to build knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies.
- Stay updated on market developments and emerging trends in the real estate industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with market research tools and GIS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and property valuation concepts (training will be provided).
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation Data

The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria, and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL TERZIARIO (CNEL code H011). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €23,000 and €27,000 and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
