RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Prime Value Services S.p.A. Auditor to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.
Mission
Supports the delivery of property-related projects for client-owned assets, including renovations, maintenance
initiatives, and energy efficiency interventions.
The Junior Property Project Manager contributes to planning, coordination, and monitoring activities under
the supervision of senior team members, ensuring compliance with client requirements, technical standards,
and regulations.
The role represents a growth position, aimed at developing technical, organizational, and client-facing skills
within complex real estate projects.
Key Accountabilities
Project Support and Coordination
Support the planning and execution of property projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, and
documentation.
Assist in defining project scopes, activities, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers.
Contribute to risk identification and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
Support compliance with technical standards, contracts, and applicable regulations.
Client and Stakeholder Interaction
Support communication with clients and external stakeholders under the guidance of senior team
members.
Assist in preparing progress updates, reports, and technical documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely information flow between project participants.
Technical and Analytical Support
Contribute to technical analyses related to building systems, energy performance, and maintenance
solutions.
Support activities such as energy audits, feasibility studies, and basic energy modelling.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for incentives and regulatory compliance (e.g. energy
efficiency schemes).
Learning and Professional Development
Work closely with senior project managers and technical specialists to develop project management skills.
Gradually increase autonomy in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Contribute to a collaborative and quality-driven team environment.
Education
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in mechanical systems design, building services, or technical consultancy, with
exposure to property-related projects.
Initial experience in supporting project activities, including basic cost tracking, scheduling, and
documentation under supervision.
Basic knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and construction practices.
Good proficiency in MS Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD; exposure to BIM tools and energymodelling software (steady-state and/or dynamic) is considered a plus.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to interact effectively with
team members and stakeholders.
Interest in professional development and certifications (e.g. energy efficiency, project management,
safety), with any training in progress considered an advantage.
Proficiency in Italian and English at least at B2 level (C1 preferred)
