RINA is currently recruiting for a RINA Prime NPLS Junior Real Estate Project Manager to join its office in Roma within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Mission

The Junior Real Estate Project Manager's mission is to support the management of real estate projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating project activities, assisting in risk management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while upholding high quality standards and satisfying client expectations. The role aims to contribute to the successful execution of projects through effective support and collaboration.

Key Accountabilities

- Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in analyzing project proposals to assess their feasibility.
Support the preparation of comprehensive project plans, including timelines and phases, to help ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to producing technical and operational documentation needed for project execution.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
Work with the Business team to evaluate and promote project opportunities.
Collaborate with the Procurement team to support tender processes and contract assignments.
Help supervise the organizational and managerial aspects of project work under guidance.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
Assist in monitoring costs, timelines, and progress against project objectives.
Help organize and participate in client meetings, such as kick-offs and progress reviews.
Support the creation of detailed reports on project status and performance.
- Stakeholder and Risk Management:
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Support the identification and proactive management of project risks.
Help verify and process supplier payment requests.
- Project Delivery:
Assist in ensuring services are delivered in accordance with project requirements and financial targets.
Contribute to delivering project results that meet or exceed client expectations.                                    

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General

Qualifications

Basic understanding of building management; experience in this area is a plus.
Some experience in property or facility management, especially in technical roles.
Ability to assist in managing budgets and supporting cost-saving initiatives.
Good at coordinating and maintaining relationships with external contractors and service providers.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and report to stakeholders effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle urgent issues calmly and efficiently.
Knowledge of Project Management principles; certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
Good team player with organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
