RINA is currently recruiting for a Public Funding Innovation Expert to join its office in Roma or Lecce, or Bari or Milano or Napoli or Genova within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

RINA is currently recruiting a public funding Expert to join its office in Genoa/Milan/Rome/Naples/Bari/Lecce within the Compliance & Projects Reporting Consulting Unit. His/Her main role will be to support SMEs/big Companies in the design, submission and management of projects within main Innovation Programmes’ Calls and Tenders

Key Accountabilities

Scouting of the main funding opportunities on a National and European scale
Periodic collection and analysis of project ideas from existing and potential customers
Preliminary Feasibility study for the submission of applications
Showing consolidated background in proposal writing, especially within Funding Programmes related to Innovation, Energy Transition and Technological growth (e.g. IPCEI; Innovation Fund; Innovation Agreements; Recovery and Resilience National Plan)
Proving excellent analytical skills through the Design and Implementation of large databases
Demonstrating strategic thinking skills, by using data analytics to gather insights into project’s operations and performance, with regard to the approved budget and the provision of expenditure
Support in checking the compliance of expenses and documents with National/EU legal provisions and eligibility criteria of specific funding Programmes
Showing empathy and proactivity with clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges, through the presentation of periodic progress reports with description of activities carried out, critical issues and to-do lists
Systematization and updating of project’s digital folder
Demonstrating a professional knowledge of spoken and written English language, as well as at least 4-years of work experience in a similar role

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration Finance Management
