RINA is currently recruiting for a Proposal Manager to join its office in Roma, Genova, Napoli, Lecce and Milano, Italy within the Infrastructure Division.

Mission

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated professional to fill the role of Proposal Manager for engineering and consultancy services in our team dedicated Infrastructure&Mobility Works sector.  #LI-MP3

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate :

  • Will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal
  • Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals
  • Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.#.

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related Public Infrastructure works, at both national (good knowledge of Italian procurement codes) and international levels, will be considered as a relevant plus
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with focus on Hydraulic Infrastructures, understanding the challenges and opportunities present in this context.
  • Management Skills: Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
