RINA is currently recruiting for a PROJECT MANAGER to join its office in ROME within the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Mission

RINA is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our Space&Defense team in Rome

Job Responsabilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager having the following responsibilities:

- Creation of the WBS and Project baseline, in collaboration with the Program Manager/Chief Engineer, taking responsibility for defining the plans and assigned project schedules.

- Identifcation and monitoring the project critical paths.

- Supporting for defining the scenario of future orders for the purposes of forecasting workloads.

- Establishing and managing project workload forecasting.

- In collaboration with Finance, supporting the preparation of Budget objectives annual and five-year Business Plan and defines the sales milestone plan.

- Management of the daily activities of the Project Control staff dedicated to its contracts/projects.

- Cost control and calculation of the overall project (EAC - Estimate at Completion) every 6 months

- Risk management (financial and operational)

- Coordination of project resources, with particular focus on Project Business Team

- Certification required: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent

The profile is completed by a good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1) and solid and demonstrable experience in Project Management issues.
