RINA is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our Space&Defense team in Rome
Job Responsabilities
We are looking for a Project Manager for the verification of technical documentation, preparation of reports, interface with the procurement.
Having the following responsibilities:
- Creation of the WBS and Project baseline, in collaboration with the Program Manager/Chief Engineer, taking responsibility for defining the plans
and assigned project schedules
- Definition and management of appropriate Statements of Work for the relevant programs in the scenario of future orders.
- Support for defining the scenario of future orders for the purposes of forecasting workloads.
-Establishes and manages project workload forecasting.
- In collaboration with Finance, supports the preparation of Budget objectives annual and five-year Business Plan and defines the sales milestone plan.
- Management of the daily activities of the Project Control staff dedicated to its contracts/projects, ensuring that all project control activities are defined and
managed and that effective control of costs and planning.
- Drafting and updating of Task Directives
- Cost control and calculation of the overall project (EAC - Estimate at Completion) every 6 months
- Import/export license management with feature supportcompany in charge
- Risk management
- Company reporting
- Coordination of project resources, with particular focus on Project Business Team
